On November 24, Bureau Veritas officially announced that Pingyuan Filter Co., Ltd. has successfully obtained the AS9100D / EN 9100:2018 aerospace quality management system certification. At the start of the certification work, the company’s management positioned quality as its strategic core and integrated AS9100 requirements into its development strategy. A dedicated task force led by the Planning Department was formed to define responsibilities, milestones, and a three-level management structure to drive implementation. To ensure effective deployment, a gap analysis between the automotive and aerospace standards was completed, converting key aerospace requirements—such as counterfeit parts control, inspection stamp management, and configuration management—into practical internal procedures. A training program covering 150 employees was launched, supported by three expert coaching sessions. Training was delivered by level: management focused on strategic alignment, engineers on APQP and FMEA, and frontline staff on operational discipline and risk identification. To strengthen internal audit capability, 15 technical employees completed accredited AS9100D internal auditor training. For the company, achieving the AS9100D certification represents not only a system accomplishment but also a strategic upgrade—marking its entry into the aerospace qualified supplier network and its transition from traditional manufacturing to high-end intelligent manufacturing.

On November 27, the Dongfeng Cummins 2025 Annual Supplier Conference was held in Zhengzhou. Relying on its outstanding performance in full-platform development for Cummins projects, Pingyuan Filter was honored with the “Best Product Development Award.” This award represents Dongfeng Cummins’ strong recognition of Pingyuan and highlights Pingyuan’s solid capabilities in technological R&D and collaborative innovation. On November 16, 2023, the "2023 China Filter Industry Annual Meeting and Innovation Development and Cutting-edge Technology Summit Forum" sponsored by the Filter Branch of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association and the Filter Branch of China Automobile Industry Association was successfully held in Nanjing. Liu Shishen, president of Filter Branch and general manager of Pingyuan Filter Company, was invited to attend and gave a speech. On November 8, the 2023 China International Commercial Auto Show was held in Wuhan as scheduled, and Pingyuan Filter Co., Ltd. carried newly developed products, technologies and cooperation concepts.
