At the start of the certification work, the company’s management positioned quality as its strategic core and integrated AS9100 requirements into its development strategy. A dedicated task force led by the Planning Department was formed to define responsibilities, milestones, and a three-level management structure to drive implementation.
To ensure effective deployment, a gap analysis between the automotive and aerospace standards was completed, converting key aerospace requirements—such as counterfeit parts control, inspection stamp management, and configuration management—into practical internal procedures. A training program covering 150 employees was launched, supported by three expert coaching sessions. Training was delivered by level: management focused on strategic alignment, engineers on APQP and FMEA, and frontline staff on operational discipline and risk identification.
To strengthen internal audit capability, 15 technical employees completed accredited AS9100D internal auditor training. For the company, achieving the AS9100D certification represents not only a system accomplishment but also a strategic upgrade—marking its entry into the aerospace qualified supplier network and its transition from traditional manufacturing to high-end intelligent manufacturing.
